Can I really start for free?
Yes. You get all modules free for 30 days, no credit card. After that the Free plan stays free for small volumes, with unlimited users. You only upgrade when you need more.
Does BrewerSync work with Moneybird or Exact Online?
Yes, with both. Connect your own Moneybird administration and delivered orders become invoices in one click, including VAT rates and deposits. If you use Exact Online, your products appear there as items too, and Exact creates and sends the invoices from your own administration. Want to send e-invoices via Peppol? Switch Peppol on in your own Moneybird or Exact and choose Peppol per customer; if sending fails, the invoice goes by email.
Is my data safe?
Your data lives in the EU, personal data is stored encrypted and we operate GDPR-compliant, including a data processing agreement.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Anytime. Switch plans monthly and cancel per month. Your data stays yours.
Who is BrewerSync for?
For craft breweries from pilot batch to professional production: sales, production, warehouse and delivery in one system.
Does it work on the road and on mobile?
Yes. There is an iOS app, and BrewerSync also runs in the browser on any device; drivers and sales get a mobile-optimised delivery board.
Can I bring my data with me?
Yes. You import customers, products and price lists from Excel (.xlsx) or CSV. The import wizard recognises column headers in Dutch, English, German and French, shows per row what is wrong, and skips or updates duplicates. Recipes are imported as BeerXML; stock, open orders and invoices are not moved with the import. During your 30-day trial we help you switch for free.
