Frequently asked questions
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. When you upgrade, the difference is prorated.
Is there a contract or notice period?
No, you can cancel BrewerSync monthly. No long-term contracts.
How does the free trial work?
Every new brewery gets all modules for 30 days, no credit card. After that you continue on the plan you choose; if you choose nothing, you stay on Free at no cost.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Invoicing is handled through Moneybird. You receive a monthly invoice by email.
How does the hectolitre tiering work?
Each tier has an upper limit in hectolitres per month, on a fair use basis. One busy month is fine: if your three-month average is above the limit, you automatically move up to the tier that fits, with at least two weeks notice. If a single month exceeds twice the limit, the higher tier applies right away. Above 300 hl we prepare a custom quote.
Do you help with switching?
Yes. During your 30-day trial we help you switch at no cost. You import customers, products and price lists yourself from Excel or CSV with the import wizard; if your export gives you trouble, send us the file and we will take a look. Reply to the welcome email or use the contact form.
