Brewery management software that starts free
Most brewery software begins with a sales call and a quote. BrewerSync begins with a free account: set up your beers, customers and orders today, and pay only when your brewery needs a paid module.
No credit card, no time limit, no installation.
What "free" means here
A lot of "free brewery software" is a fourteen-day trial with a countdown in the corner. That is not what the Free plan is. It is a plan, with a place in the pricing table, that you can stay on for as long as it fits your brewery.
We built it because a starting brewery needs the same thing a large one does: one place where beers, customers and orders live, instead of three spreadsheets and a phone full of WhatsApp orders. The paid plans exist for the modules a growing brewery adds later.
- No time limit: the Free plan stays free.
- No credit card needed to sign up.
- Web app, nothing to install. Hosted in the EU, GDPR-compliant.
- Your data carries over when you switch plans; nothing has to be migrated.
What you get on the Free plan
The core of a brewery: what you brew, who buys it and what they ordered.
Beers and products
Register each beer with style and ABV, its packaging units (a 33 cl bottle, a 20 litre keg) and the products you sell: a single bottle, a crate of 24, with prices and deposits.
Customer records
Pubs, shops, wholesalers and private customers in one list, with contact details and their order history alongside.
Orders
Create orders for your customers from your product list and follow their status from new to delivered. Basic order handling, but in one system instead of an inbox.
Grow without a migration
Need brew planning, keg tracking or excise reports later? You switch plans in the same account. The beers, customers and orders you already entered stay where they are.
What comes with a paid plan
The Free plan deliberately leaves out the modules that only matter once you brew and sell at volume. These switch on with a paid plan:
- Recipes and brew planning
- Quality checks per batch
- Excise reports (Dutch beer excise)
- Delivery routes
- Events and festival inventory
Prices, user counts and volume limits live on the pricing page, so they are always current. This page does not repeat them.
Frequently asked questions
Is BrewerSync really free?
Yes. The Free plan costs nothing, has no time limit and needs no credit card. You only start paying when you choose a paid plan for the modules it adds.
What is the catch?
There is none, but there is a model: breweries that grow need modules like brew planning, keg tracking and excise reports, and those sit in the paid plans. The Free plan is useful on its own, and it is also how you find out whether BrewerSync suits you.
Is free brewery software good enough for a small brewery?
For a starting brewery, the hard part is not the software but the discipline: every beer, customer and order in one place. The Free plan gives you exactly that place. When the spreadsheet for stock or the notebook for kegs starts to hurt, a paid plan adds those modules.
What is not included in the Free plan?
Recipes and brew planning, quality checks, excise reports, delivery routes and event inventory are part of the paid plans. The comparison table on the pricing page shows exactly which plan includes what.
Do I keep my data when I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes. You change plans in the same account; the beers, customers and orders you entered stay. Paid plans can be cancelled monthly.
Is BrewerSync also for homebrewers?
BrewerSync is built for breweries that sell beer: customers, orders, kegs, excise. If you are a homebrewer about to go commercial, the Free plan is a good place to set up your beers and first customers. Purely as a recipe or brew log for the hobby, it is not the right tool.
